Art + Fashion: @IROPARIS x Graffiti Artist JonOne

If you haven’t already heard of Arik and Laurent Bitton, then pay attention, because the brothers are the creative duo behind hipster label IRO – a fashion fusion inspired by New York’s energy and edgy Parisian cool.

The name IRO is also a play on the word ‘hero’, but before you imagine a heavy French accent rolling it off the tongue between Gauloises, omitting the ‘H’ – the name actually pays homage to the visionaries and creators we never see behind-the-scenes – heroes, or ‘eroes’, or in their case, ‘iros’.
The brand have just collaborated with New York Graffiti artist JonOne, who painted some of his abstract designs on to their signature leather jackets – the unique pieces were then auctioned off for the Abbé Pierre foundation, which helps homeless people.
Watch a video of the live event which took place in their flagship store in Paris below.

And for AW 13/14, I’m basically in love with everything in their collection – check out images from the official campaign below, which stars Karlie Kloss shot by Claudia Knoepfel and Stefan Indlekofer.
You can shop the collection HERE, which includes the limited edition monochrome ‘Hyde’ leather biker jacket, my must-have for Winter.
