Sport Luxe Fashion

Sport luxe leggings are my absolute go-to this month; as Coco Chanel once said, “Fashion is not something that exists in dresses only. Fashion has to do with ideas, the way we live, what is happening”. I couldn’t agree more and have started my Twenty Sixteen off with wardrobe cleansing tips from the Japanese organising guru, Marie Kondo’s guide The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying, making extra space for new active-wear ensembles.

I love being active all year round and with so many great athletic brands to choose from, it makes shopping for them a joy. Some of my favourite pieces at the moment are from Alo Yoga, Lorna Jane, Charli Cohen, Bodyism and Stella McCartney. I find them incredibly comfortable to work out in and versatile too; I like to style with a cosy knitted jumper, a long length coat and sneakers when going for coffee with a friend before heading to a workout class.

If, like me, you’ve started to get back into eating more mindfully after last month’s festivities and you are yet to try any of James Duigan’s dishes, then I highly recommend to you his book, Clean and Lean For Life – his recipes from the book I have tried out so far are delicious!
